Strategy to Improve the Quality of Islamic Educational Institutions Through the Child-Friendly School Model Based on Adiwiyata

The quality of education is a pillar human resource development which very important for national development. child friendly school program one the efforts made to improve madrasas. This research because so far, has been studied only on aspects learning related academic field have an impact certain aspects. purpose this study was find out and understand strategy in improving Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Jombang through based Adiwiyata. In addition, or implication implementation education. uses descriptive qualitative approach with case design. Data collection techniques were carried by means in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation. data analysis process collection, coding, classification, reduction, exposure. results showed that included several stages, namely: Formation implementing team school, Conducting socialization, Fostering resources (teachers staff), Building collaboration, Fulfilling indicators components, Carrying monitoring evaluation processes, Responsive inputs improvement program. implications are seen three aspects, namely teachers, students institution.
